Congress Hall in Cape May was the setting for a special naturalization ceremony on Tuesday. Assignment Judge Julio Mendez, who is a naturalized citizen from Cuba, presided over the ceremony for 30 new immigrants, from 18 different countries on five continents. State Superior Court Judges Michael Donohue and James Pickering administered the oath of allegiance to the group, who then were able to register to vote for the fall election.
