“Jersey Cape Experience, Customer Service Training Offered”

CAPE MAY COURT HO– USE, NJ— In an effort to heighten the customer experience for

visitors to Cape May County in the highly competitive tourism industry, the Cape May County

Chamber of Commerce, Atlantic Cape Community College and the county’s municipal chambers

of commerce have partnered to provide valuable customer service training to local businesses.

This program, The Jersey Cape Experience, Serving Dreams in 2016 will teach front line

staffers the importance of being engaged with customers, delivering exceptional service, and

inspiring great experiences to visitors to The Jersey Cape this summer season.

Who doesn’t love a great piece of cake? The same is true for a great service experience.

This program will provide four essential ingredients that will have participants thinking Service is a

piece of CAKE™ and will learn the perfect recipe for delivering exceptional service.

This grant-funded training is available to the business public. To register, you will need

your company’s FEIN Tax ID Number and schedule your employees to attend as part of their work
