A Sea Isle City police officer was promoted to detective sergeant on Monday. Mayor Leonard Desiderio presided over the ceremony last week as William Bradshaw became detective sergeant. Bradshaw will be responsible for the oversight of criminal investigations and managing evidence among other duties. Bradshaw has been on the Sea Isle City police force full-time since the age of 19, while attending Stockton University. He will be honored in June for his extensive efforts enforcing DWI laws by Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
