Hike the Green and Red Trails at Franklin Parker Preserve

We will begin on the green trail walking in a clockwise direction.When finished we will have a lunch break in the parking lot.After lunch we hike the red trail in a counterclockwise direction.The total distance will be 12-13 miles at a 3mph pace.There is a porta-potty next to the parking lot.Bring lunch,water and snacks.You should wear high waterproof hiking boots since there will be soggy trails and a couple of challenging water crossings.Bring an extra pair of socks and hiking poles.You can use plastic shop rite bags to cover your feet.Questions Al DiCianni asilviod888@yahoo.com 732 569-6858 home 848 226-8132 cell day of hike only.
